From Flash to HTML5 – Where is Adobe headed?
I was personally a big fan of Flash when it was launched for PCs. It redefined the user experience on web with its rich multi-media and interactive capabilities.But when it comes to mobile, Adobe Flash seems to be a bit out of place.
Flash is bulky, consumes a lot of system resources, makes the browser dead slow and eats into battery lives of devices. With lesser battery life, sensitive touch interfaces and open standards, Flash is definitely not a preferable option for mobile browsers.
