This application has three stake holders – Admin, Instructors & Students. The application allows instructors & students to create and respond to discussions, students can be notified of any new assignment that is being scheduled, grades of assignments taken can be looked up etc.

Angie’s List is a leading consumer review website that aggregates verified consumer reviews of service companies as a way to “capture word-of-mouth wisdom”. RapidValue helped build multiple applications by establishing a dedicated mobile team for Angies List. Apps developed include Consumer Review apps and Business Connect apps on iPhone, iPad and Android platforms, integrating with existing back-end system.

App Features:
Angies List mobile enables its users to get a list of service providers based on search criteria, and submit reviews and reports on the providers, including audio and video review uploads. Angie’s List members have access to premium reviews on local services in more than 500 different categories, including home repair, remodeling, plumbing, pet care, and health care.

Pharmacy TimesiPad app is the iPad version of the magazine. This is an end-to-end publishing system developed using RapidValue’s tablet publishing system, and contains a number of cool features including Tablet of Contents, favorites, RSS feeds, social sharing etc, text zoom, slide shows, videos etc. The app is linked with a Content Management System, so that all new issues appear dynamically in the app.

RedBeacon is a leading home services market place owned by Home Depot, and enables users to search, browse and book local home service providers, including plumbers, roofers, painters, and house cleaners, on its website.

Redbeacon’s iPhone app lets users select from common home service providers like Handyman, Electrician, House Cleaner, Plumber and Yard Worker to make a request for services. It uses the phone’s GPS to locate the job and matches the request with quality pros in the area, who then compete for the job and provide quotes.

Users can then browse through all the quotes received, review home service providers’ Redbeacon score, profiles, prices and user reviews, and book an appointment to get the job done from their phone while on the go.
