    Thanks for your great review!

As a web development team we have tried all different issue tracking software. Especially JIRA and Axosoft are great solutions for developing software. Since we weren’t really satisfied with the available bug tracking systems concerning bug tracking for website-/web app projects we created Usersnap (https://usersnap.com) which is a browser-based bug tracker for tracking front-end bugs.

It’s super-easy (also for non-tech people) and offers great integrations with other project management tools and bug trackers (e.g. JIRA (https://usersnap.com/jira) or TFS (https://usersnap.com/tfs)). Feel free to have a look and ping us if any questions come up.
