2. AWS has added two new features to make serverless deployment easier in AWS Lambda.
Lambda Layers allow you to centrally manage code and data that is shared across multiple functions. Layers let you keep your deployment package small, which makes development easier.
Lambda Runtime API- A simple interface to use any programming language, or a specific language version, for developing functions.
3. Amazon DocumentDB - A fully managed document database
It is compatible with mongoDB 3.6 API and is designed for 99.99% availability. You can store up to 64 TB of data and process millions of reads per second. It provides multiple levels of security including network isolation using Amazon VPC.
4. AWS Backup - Makes it easy to centrally manage backups in the AWS Cloud Via console, APIs or CLI.
AWS backup can be used to automate and centrally manage backups of data across AWS services in the cloud. It removes the need to create custom scripts and manual processes.
5. AWS Transfer for SFTP - Fully managed, HA SFTP Server
It is a fully managed secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) service that runs on top of Amazon S3. It makes it very easy to setup and run an SFTP server. It simplifies file upload and download to the cloud.
